$5 per night in an air-con dorm of four clean beds including breakfast and hot showers, is a pretty good deal. The bathrooms are wierd but functional. Each room has a computer too. It's a great location. Also they had several cats living there, which I liked because I like cats and also it made it feel like a home. The cats are quiet and don't go into the dorm rooms. The staircase smells like cats pretty strongly, but the rooms don't smell nor does the lobby where you eat breakfast, so that's what matters. The morning staff is very friendly. It's pretty noisy at night but so it every other hotel. Bring earplugs.

We had a very positive experience at Kim's Hostel. They were very welcoming, cooked a mean breakfast (omelet, fruit, tea), have a book exchange and included free laundry (and wifi). We paid $12 for a double room with air con. It's above a great burger restaurant and their food was extraordinary and at a fair price - especially the falafel burger. We used their tour services for a day trip tour ($8) to the Delta which was also very positive and comprehensive.||||The only little catch was the is a booming dance club next door (same 90s play list every night) and the outlets in the room occasionally spark, so be mindful of your appliances when you leave the room or sleep.||||Overall, super positive experience. Very friendly; good quality; would recommend.

we arrived to HCMC very early in the morning, with no place to stayed, so we just took the first place that was open. Big mistake. First of all, the room looks very filthy, our sheets, towels and pillows looked dirty and not fresh, the rooms has a weird smell (urine maybe?), and no window, no air-con... The ventilation was really bad, so our room, including everything in it (clothes, bags etc.) is all damp. Gross! ||||In addition, the hostel is next door to a night club/very loud bar, so it's hard to get sleep before 3 am... The staff were unfriendly, and not helpful. For example, another guest complained about her eggs at breakfast, which I think you should be able to do, but the staffs answers was that she had to eat them anyway, or pay for something else? It's good that breakfast is included, but with an attitude like that, who cares? ||||A double room was $12 per night, which I think is very expensive in comparison to what you get... You can find much better places for the same, or perhaps a lower, price.

ドミトリーですが、6ドルで朝食付きはとてもお得だと思います！シャワーはお湯が出るし、エアコンも付いているので快適です。オーナーさんもすごく優しくしてくれて、バイクで市内観光に連れて行ってくれたり、ビールを奢ってくれたりしました。下の階にあるレストランもボリュームたっぷりで美味しかったし、周辺にも安い店がたくさんあるのでロケーションも抜群です。最初は2泊のつもりでしたが、居心地が良く、4泊しました。他の場所にも2件ほど泊まりましたが、断然ここがオススメです！
